Thierry, in another life, had a long career as a Director and company boss in the field of the food industry.

He is the creator of the concept: "agrogastronomie @". A concept that combines gastronomy, the art dedicated to the great chefs, and the food industry.

Today, to live his passion for cooking differently, he offers a table d'hôtes for his personal pleasure. He particularly favours the product itself. The products are local and seasonal, vegetables and fruits are from the garden which is cultivated on the principles of permaculture, a family philosophy applied within the estate.

Thierry perpetuates the French culinary traditions with his cooked dishes. He also has the art of accommodating garden vegetables, wild herb salads, gratins, mashed potatoes, soups and more ...
