The lodging “Le Cottage”

The Cottage, formerly the part reserved for employees of the farm, has a surface of 75 m2, and can accommodate 1 to 4 people.

The building has been completely renovated preserving its authenticity. The open fireplace in the living room, the terracotta floor, the limestone walls of a remarkable thickness and its large beams recently sanded, give all the charm of a small doll’s house.

Nestled in the private garden at the foot of an old lime tree, a small pond and a fountain in old stone animate the setting. The garden is beautifully planted and full of ornamental shrubs, fruit trees and roses. Garden furniture is for the sole use of the property.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each for two people, and each with a shower room in Dordogne stone, a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin on a large stone plinth, and toilet. The whole night area is parqueted.

The bedding is of professional quality. All linen is provided (bed linen, towels, table mat). Bed linen is washed linen and the towels are of hotel quality.

The master bedroom (25m2) has its own entrance. The furnishings feature an old-fashioned bed and pine storage furniture in an ancient pattern, giving off an atmosphere of the last century.

A crib or cot (up to 7 years old) can be added to the parents' room (with a supplement)

The second, smaller bedroom (15m2) has twin beds and refurbished furniture to give the taste of the moment and complete the picture of "The little house on the Prairie".

The residents of the house can also benefit from access to the adjoining laundry room.

The living room kitchen, (30m2) with its original wood-burning fireplace in stone and its period back-plate makes one want to cook with a real wood fire in autumn. A leg of lamb suspended in a net (Gigot d’agneau à la ficelle) or a camembert cooked in the ashes, why not!

The open kitchen is equipped (a refrigerator, an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, small appliances, Nespresso @, coffee machine, toaster ...)
